2021 is going to be a very defining year for PROXY, in many ways - but maybe none more so than the way we will approach marketing.

Toys and TV have always gone hand in hand. But with the drastic decline in flow TV viewers, especially when it comes to kids, TV is no longer a viable option as the main advertising platform… or at least we don’t think it is. So, we’ve decided to pull the plug on the old TV, so to speak. At least in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

But what now? Well.. that means we’re going 100% digital (maybe 95% with Finland in mind). But for us, digital is much more than just placing and running our TVC’s on digital platforms. Hell, even the abbreviation for TVC stands for Television Commercial. That should be our first clue to why this won’t cut it.

For PROXY, that means re-thinking marketing in a new and holistic way. Engaging content creation, intelligent ads placement, where (and who) to drive traffic to… these are just a few of the things that we’ve been working on. A new strategy sometimes means new playmates. Even though we’ve been more than happy with our old buddies from Turner and Nent - now is the time for us to set up the new dream team of marketing collaborators.

Without further ado… I give you our digital marketing partners for 2021, and hopefully beyond!

Mint Copenhagen. To help us with digital content creation and digital distribution, we’ve teamed up with the extremely competent and awesome people at Mint Copenhagen. They have years of experience when it comes to marketing and driving kids brands on digital platforms.

Kadaver. Kadaver has made a living by looking at the world differently than the rest of us. And we need a fresh perspective on how we engage and activate our key audiences. We can’t wait to share some of our work.



So, Are you only doing digital??

Not by a long shot! Events, PR, POS and merchandising are other areas where we want to set new standards. In fact, we are just as proud to officially announce our partners in Nordic POS development/production and merchandising.

All Creative. In our book, the very best when it comes to POS. Our collaboration actually started back in 2019. But this year and going forward, All Creative will be our main partner when it comes to POS production/development. Take a quick tour on our site to see just a few of our POS solutions.
